About this ranking

Households where any member can use the internet at home, by any device or connection, as a percentage of all households with at least one member aged 16 to 74.

Measures access at home, whether or not anyone used it. A separate series from households_broadband_subscription_share, the US Census Bureau share of households with a paid broadband subscription, and from internet_use_last_3_months, a share of people.

Every value in the ranking comes from the same publisher and the same period, so the EU countries are compared on one definition. Equal values share a rank.
