Terms of service

These terms govern access to Invokely accounts, measurements, reports, APIs, and monitoring.
Agreement
By creating an account or buying a service, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.
Account authority
You must have authority to accept these terms and to submit every endpoint, credential, test environment, and scenario you provide.
Acceptable use
Do not test systems without authorization, bypass access controls, disrupt a service, submit malicious code, or use Invokely to harm another person or organization.
Measurement scope
Results describe the checks, environment, credentials, specification, rubric, clients, models, and time named in the report. They are not a guarantee of safety, compliance, availability, or future behaviour.
Credentials and test data
Use credentials limited to the endpoint and scope under test. Dynamic tests must use staging or an approved disposable tenant with data you are authorized to use.
Your data
You keep ownership of content and configuration you submit. You grant Invokely the permission needed to process that material and provide the requested service.
Public directory
Invokely may measure public endpoints and publish category-level results. Verified owners can request corrections, claim a server, or use the published contact path to raise a concern.
Payments and renewals
One-time purchases are charged once. Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. Prices exclude taxes unless checkout states otherwise.
Cancellation
You can cancel a subscription through billing settings. Access continues through the paid period unless law or the checkout terms require another result.
Suspension
We may limit or suspend access to protect the service, respond to legal duties, prevent unauthorized testing, or address a material breach of these terms.
Service changes
Models, clients, specifications, and third-party endpoints change. We may update checks and rubrics, but historical reports keep the version used for their measurement.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Any other limits that apply to your purchase will be stated in the final legal terms available at checkout.
