The ACS five-year rate differs from the quarterly homeownership rate of the Census Bureau Housing Vacancies and Homeownership survey (CPS/HVS), the usual national headline figure. EU home ownership rates count people living in owner-occupied dwellings, so they are not comparable. Calculated from counts in ACS table B25003, which are stored as inputs.
