Wheat yield
Harvested production of wheat per hectare of area harvested, in tonnes per hectare. FAOSTAT publishes it in kilograms per hectare; Invokely divides by 1,000.
Area harvested, not area sown, so crop failures lower the area as well as the output. FAO fills gaps in national reporting with its own estimates and imputations, which are marked as estimated, and revises past years when countries send new figures.
