Quarterly FHFA purchase-only index of single-family house prices, with the first quarter of 1991 equal to 100.
Not seasonally adjusted. Uses repeat sales of properties financed with conforming conventional mortgages purchased or securitized by Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac. Historical values can be revised. The base period differs from the monthly US index and the existing Spanish house price index.
