Developmental nominal index, not seasonally adjusted. Uses sale prices and refinance appraisals for mortgages purchased or guaranteed by Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac. Differs from purchase-only indexes. Missing estimates and unavailable base-year values remain absent. Historical estimates can be revised.
