All-items Canadian Consumer Price Index, not seasonally adjusted, with the 2002 annual average equal to 100.
Separate from cpi_index (Spain, 2021 = 100) and cpi_u_index_1982_84 (United States, 1982-84 = 100). Index levels with different bases cannot be compared. The basket and weights change over time while the reference base remains 2002. This is a price index, not a cost-of-living index.
