- Place id: `gb-la-e09000030`
- Unit: %
- Definition: People aged 16 to 64 whose highest qualification is at level 4 or above of the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF), such as a higher education certificate, a degree, a higher degree or an equivalent professional qualification, as a percentage of all people aged 16 to 64. Annual Population Survey of the Office for National Statistics, January to December. United Kingdom regions and local authorities.
- Note: A survey estimate: local authority figures rest on small samples and can move several points from one year to the next without a real change, so compare years with care. The RQF series starts in 2022, when the survey changed its qualification questions; it is not comparable with the older NVQ level 4 series. It covers ages 16 to 64, so it is not comparable with tertiary_attainment_share_25_64.
