- Place id: `eu27`
- Unit: EUR million
- Definition: Total spending in the year by residents of the country aged 15 and over on tourism trips of one night or more, for personal or business reasons, to destinations in the country and abroad: transport, accommodation, food and drink and other spending, excluding durable and valuable goods. Euro at current prices (Eurostat survey of tourism trips by residents).
- Note: Spending by a country's residents wherever they travel, not spending by visitors in the country. Day trips are not included.
