The ICT sector follows the OECD definition: ICT manufacturing and ICT services, including telecommunications, software publishing and computer programming. Eurostat, from structural business statistics and national accounts.
- Note: Counts everyone who works in ICT industries, including sales and administrative staff, and leaves out ICT specialists in other industries: ict_specialists_employment_share counts ICT occupations in every industry. Eurostat flags a break in 2021.
